About this product
A bright, aromatic café blend with a small Robusta component for crema and a lingering chocolate finish.
Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist signature blends programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.
Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.
A ten-percent robusta fraction lifts crema and adds a bittersweet backbone, while the dominant arabica supplies the sugars and malic–citric acidity that carry aroma through the Maillard browning of roasting. The ratio is tuned for extraction consistency across both filter and espresso pulls.
The pour that starts the day at the estate office, no ceremony to it — just the ratio Aakhil trusts, cup after cup, while the mist is still deciding whether to lift off Madikeri.
