Coorg Mist Coffee
80:20 house signature · Chicory-free
Our house signature balances fragrant Arabica with the cocoa-rich structure of Coorg Robusta for filter, French press, and espresso.
Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist signature blends programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.
Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.
Eighty parts highland arabica for aromatic sugars and clean acidity, twenty parts Coorg robusta for body and crema stability. The ratio is a formula, not a compromise — robusta’s higher soluble-solids yield extends the cup so it holds its structure through milk instead of thinning out.
Every estate has a house pour — the one handed to you unasked. This is ours: the blend we’d want in our own kitchens on an ordinary Tuesday, made without ceremony and finished without a note out of place.
