About this product

The classic Indian S795 cultivar presents chocolate, spice, and ripe citrus in a balanced medium-roast cup.

Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist pure arabica programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.

The Science

S795 is a classic Indian selection bred for rust tolerance and cup quality, carrying balanced sucrose and chlorogenic-acid levels that give a mellow, low-acid profile prized across South Indian arabica estates.

The Story

A cultivar older than most of the estate’s current trees — the same lineage growers in Kodagu have leaned on for generations when the rust comes through the hills.
