About this product

A clean highland Arabica with cocoa nib, gentle stone fruit, and a soft almond finish.

Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist pure arabica programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.

The Science

Grown at Kabbe’s elevation, the beans mature more slowly under shade, concentrating sugars and organic acids into a denser seed structure that roasts into a cleaner, more articulate cup than lower-grown lots.

The Story

One plot, one register — Kabbe’s soil and slope speak for themselves here, with nothing blended in to soften what the estate actually tastes like.
