About this product

Shade-grown Arabica with orange blossom aromatics, caramel sweetness, and a composed cocoa finish.

Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist pure arabica programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.

The Science

Grown beneath a mixed silver-oak and native canopy, the cherries ripen slowly out of direct sun, which favours sugar accumulation over rapid growth and yields a rounder, less astringent acidity in the cup.

The Story

Under Skandapuri’s tree cover the light arrives in pieces, and the cherries take their time about it — the estate’s patience made drinkable.
