A clean, aromatic instant coffee built on Coorg estate beans for quick hot cups and iced coffee.
Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist instant coffee programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.
Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.
Freeze-drying brews coffee first, then removes water from the frozen extract under vacuum, preserving more volatile aroma compounds than spray-drying — the result dissolves clean in hot or cold water without residue.

Dissolve 1–2 teaspoons in 180ml hot water or milk. For iced coffee, dissolve in a small amount of hot water before adding cold milk and ice.
