About this product

A rich cosmetic oil with the warm aroma and emollient character of coffee beans.

Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist botanical oils programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.

The Science

Pressed from green coffee, the oil retains the bean’s natural diterpenes and tocopherols — compounds that never survive roasting — giving a cosmetic-grade oil valued for its emollient texture rather than aroma, which stays notably mild and unroasted.

The Story

Not every bean off this estate becomes a cup. Some are pressed instead, kept from the fire entirely, so what the plant built stays whole for the skin rather than the roaster.
