About this product

A Swiss Water Process decaf that keeps estate character without the caffeine — unlocking evening cups and caffeine-sensitive households.

Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist functional programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.

The Science

Caffeine is removed using the Swiss Water Process — a solvent-free method relying on water, temperature and time to draw out caffeine while retaining the coffee’s original flavour compounds. No chemical solvents touch the bean.

The Story

For the second cup that used to mean giving something up — now poured freely into the evening, or into a house that just added a baby and can’t risk the 2 a.m. wide-awake.
