Degree, Bottled
Bottled South-Indian Filter Kaapi
Coorg Mist Coffee
Bottled South Indian degree coffee · nostalgia at scale
About this product
Authentic South Indian filter kaapi — decoction and milk in the traditional ratio — bottled and chilled. The India-first nostalgia SKU with the largest volume ceiling.
Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist ready-to-drink programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.
Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.
The blend is decoction-brewed in the traditional South Indian filter method — hot water slow-percolating through packed grounds — then bottled with milk and sugar to hold the decoction’s concentrated, roasted character.
The tumbler-and-davara pour, minus the tumbler and davara — for the nostalgia that still has to catch a flight.
