About this product

18-hour slow-steeped Coorg cold brew, unsweetened and low-acid, canned for grab-and-go. The high-velocity RTD SKU built for quick-commerce and retail chillers.

Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist ready-to-drink programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.

The Science

Eighteen hours in cold water extracts caffeine and sugars while leaving most of the bitter, oil-soluble acids behind — the same coffee brewed cold measures lower in titratable acidity than brewed hot. Smoother, rounder, naturally sweeter, with nothing added.
