About this product

Nitrogen-charged cold brew with a cascading pour and velvet crema — the premium halo can that elevates the whole cold-coffee shelf.

Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist ready-to-drink programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.

The Science

Nitrogen is dissolved into cold brew under pressure; on opening, the gas escapes as micro-bubbles far smaller than CO₂’s, creating the visual cascade and a dense, creamy mouthfeel with no added dairy or sugar.

Crack it open and watch it settle like weather clearing over the estate — theatre first, then a cup that needs nothing added.
