About this product

Estate instant coffee blended with 15g of plant protein per serve for a coffee-first protein shake. Formulation and nutrition claims are subject to lab verification before production.

Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist functional programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.

The Science

Estate instant coffee blended with a pea-and-rice protein isolate targeting 15 g per serve, chosen for a neutral profile that doesn’t fight the roast. Protein content and any nutritional benefit are being verified by lab assay before we make a formal claim.

The Story

For the morning that has to do double duty — the cup you reach for when breakfast and the gym are the same fifteen minutes, and you refuse to give up either.
