Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist instant coffee programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

The Science

Instant coffee, dairy creamer, and jaggery are co-blended and portioned per sachet, so a single tear and stir delivers a pre-balanced sweetness and body without separate measuring.

The Story

The kaapi break that used to need three tins and a ladle, now folded into one packet for a canteen counter or a train berth.
