About this product

A premium micro-ground instant that suspends finely milled roasted Arabica in every cup for a fresh-brewed character no ordinary spray-dried instant matches. Built to scale the daily-habit occasion.

Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist instant coffee programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.

The Science

Micro-ground coffee is roasted beans milled fine enough to stay suspended in hot water rather than fully dissolving like spray-dried instant, carrying more of the oils and body of a freshly brewed cup.
