About this product

Arabica roasted to preserve red-fruit sweetness, cocoa, and soft shade-canopy spice. Organic status must be verified before production publication.

Prepared in small batches under the Coorg Mist pure arabica programme in Madikeri, Kodagu.

Coorg Mist Coffee Co is created and powered by Hyperbridge; Aakhil Appaiah leads local sourcing, roasting, and fulfilment operations.

The Science

A single-varietal arabica lot where sugar and acid development follow standard ripening chemistry; no organic certification is claimed here yet, as the verification process for this parcel is still underway.
